The Jekyll Island Club Hotel - Working from turn-of-the-century archival photos, Huie Design joined Sims Patrick Studio in the historic interior renovation of the Cherokee Cottage. Room numbers and guest signage adorned with a shell print—abstracted from the exterior iron railing—bring period elegance to the suites added to this former residence. In the foyer, new lettering added to the capital above the dining entry quietly calls guests to meals, blending in with the original architecture.
